Agriculture Appreciation Day

Join us for a day of fun and learning! We will have local vendors, information tables, and the following presentations:

11:00am – 12:00pm – Healthy Soils Presentation and Demonstration – by Dean Bruce with NMDA

12:30pm – 1:30pm – What is an SWCD? – by Laura McCann with VSWCD

2:00pm – 3:00pm – How Wetlands are Beneficial to Agriculture – by Johnny Chavez with VSWCD and Athena Cholas with NRCS

This event will be on Saturday, March 23 from 10am – 3pm at the Whitfield Wildlife Conservation Area 2424 Hwy 47 Belen, NM.
