- 9am – Commercial Booths & Exhibit Hall Open to the Public
- 11am – Valencis County Fair Parade (sponsored by the Greater Belen Chamber of Commerce)
- 5pm – Buyers Dinner
- 6:30pm – Buckle Ceremony
- 7:30pm – Junior Livestock Sale
- 9pm – Booths Close
- 10pm – Livestock Gates Close
- 12am – Fair Gates Close
