Friday, April 19th

Covid Vaccines – 10am – 2pm – Belen Public Health Office

 Adults 19 and older. Call 505-864-7743 for an appointment. Insurance status does not matter.

Recycle Show – 12pm – 5pm – Belen Art Legue

Belen Art League, 509 Becker Ave., Belen, will hold its annual Recycle Show from 12-5 p.m., April 18-20 in celebration of Earth Day. Remember, Earth without art is “eh.”

Saturday, April 20th

Blue Star Mothers of Valencia County – Meeting – 9am – Daniel D. Fernandez Memorial Park

The Blue Star Mothers of Valencia County meets at 9 a.m. on the third Saturday of each month at Daniel D. Fernandez Memorial Park in Los Lunas.

Earth Day Fiesta – 10am – 3pm Whitfield Wildlife Conservation Area

Nature Walk, Jerry Tuttle: Birds and Reptiles, NASA presents: Globe Observer App, New Mexico Raptors: Live Birds-Of-Prey.

Spring Craft and Gift Fair – 10am – 4:30pm – Black’s Smuggler Winery

Lunch will be provided by Carmelita and Gustavos’ Rodriguez Mexican food truck. Try your luck with free drawings, sample wines and have a New Mexico-brewed beer.

Earth Walk – 10am – 5pm – Becker Ave

Studio 508See-Worthy, Books on Becker – free Cool Beans planting kit and two free books for kids, Belen Art LeagueRecycle Show, Smokal Smoke Local – Art Fair, food truck, live music, and dog adoptions!, Old Becker Street Grill – Chavez Brothers Winery will be serving, Silver-Bar Studios – Exhibit of Katy Raven’s new works and works in progress.

Art in the Park – 11am – 3pm – Anna Becker Park

Art, food trucks, coffee truck, and more!

Sunday, April 21st

Belen Police Department PT Entrance Exam – 9am – 11am – Belen High School

Interested in becoming a Belen Police Officer? Come and take the physical fitness exam!

Historic Tome Jail and Casita Open to the Public – 11am – 3pm – Tome Jail
